We offer both selective and process-based “systemic supervision” for teams from the field of educational assistance, as well as for individuals who need support in reflecting on job-related processes.

In order to strengthen you for the demands of everyday work so that you can master them successfully, we see ourselves as moderators who address critical topics, open up new perspectives and provide you with professional support. For this purpose, in addition to the conversation, we use methods from systemic advice.
